Is Fido fighting you when you try to use the Vet Tab test tab? Does Fluffy not want you to touch her muzzle at all? You’re trying to help your dog by testing his glucose level, but he’s not helping you at all. How frustrating! A Dog’s Best Friend can help.
We’ve created an online class, just for you. We’ll teach you how to get your dog used to being handled around the muzzle area, how to accept a syringe full of water, and how to be comfortable during test tab use. You shouldn’t have to wrestle your dog into submission, that’s no fun for anyone. With the use of positive reinforcement, your dog can learn how to enjoy handling.
- Each session has three, one-half hour classes, taught Monday and Thursday nights at 6 p.m. Eastern. Sessions always start on a Monday, so you would attend Monday, Thursday and the next Monday for your three classes.
- Enjoy from the comfort (and safety) of your own home. All training is online via Zoom. It’s super easy. You’ll get an email with instructions. Follow the link in the email and that’s it! You just need Internet access, and a laptop that has a camera and microphone, or a smart phone.
- Fee: $50
